KOIN Tower is bringing honeybees to work! 

KOIN Tower's beehive was established in 2021 as part of a sustainability initiative in partnership with Alveole. Our rooftop colony houses more than 13,000 honey bees that pollinate everything within a 3-mile radius surrounding KOIN Tower, even crossing the river to the East and commuting into the West Hills. These super pollinators yield dozens of jars of unique honey, which is extracted and jarred several times throughout the year.
